  Today attended the China Buffet as I have many times before.  
  The food is a buffet not a 5 star Rey I do not expect the best food.
  It's all prepared and ready for warm up.
  
  With the above in mind  I give it a f4 star rating on the bases of food taste and what I like to eat sometimes. Fake crab,sushi cheap, all you can eat salad bar. And pot stickers.  So on just what I named above it is great food.  I have not seen another all you can eat Chiness that is better in Jacksonville. I don't like any of the chickens and pork in any all you can eat so I don't eat them.  
  The place could use a makeover the rug is dirty. And the bathrooms are dated.  The staff is like the rest of all you can eat.  Just kinda hanging out.

  Extra star for variety, at least.
  
  Many of the entrees are either visibly dunk in oil or too dry. Couldnt taste a few of the items like deviled egg or  any of the sushi. Peanut butter chicken was a delight though.
  
  Remember. You get what you pay for.

  This buffet has been here longer than I can remember. The service and food have gone downhill more than it has gone up. Although this Chinese Buffet is closer to our house than others, we choose to drive further for better quality food. They do have a large variety, so I give that to them. Can't really speak positive on anything else.

  We used to eat here every weekend but this past year hasn't been the same due to the lack of variety and freshness in their buffet dishes.
  The place hasn't been renovated for a while so it looks the same for the past 10+ years. Food trays get refilled frequently but not that many choices to choose from.
  
  My favorite is the frog legs and they dont always have them. Everything else is just mediocre, service is decent, just like any other typical Chinese buffet chains. This area isn't as popular like it used to be so that could affect the way this place operates.

  The chicken was raw, bleeding. I stopped eating and told the cashier/manager and my server who followed me to the counter. They looked at each other and began speaking their language as they rung up my bill. They offered no apology, no acknowledgment, no attempt to remove the chicken from the buffet to protect the health of others. I believe she got angry because I brought it to their attention. How do you 'beat me being mad' when you jeopardized my health? SMH.
